In our country..happiness (in terms of celebration) could be possibly happen anywhere. Just like this one...they even use (suppose to be public way) street or alley. But we're the society who holding the eastern manner (respect, accommodating, politeness), so everyone, everybody are not arguing about the situation as long that they keep on clean or not intruding others harshly.
